Production Head – Lighting Division

Join LAPL Automotive Ltd. as the Production Head for our Lighting Division, where we
manufacture high-quality lighting solutions for 2W, 3W, 4W & Bus segments.
This is a key leadership role for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation on the
shop floor.
�� Key Responsibilities:
�� Lead and manage end-to-end production activities in the Lighting Division
�� Ensure daily production targets are met with quality and efficiency
�� Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
�� Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams
�� Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and plant performance
�� Maintain safety, compliance, and environmental standards in operations
�� Develop SOPs, standard work, and drive accountability in the team
�� Identify and resolve bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and improve yield
�� Generate production reports and performance metrics for top management
�� Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
✔ 10+ years of experience in automotive or lighting manufacturing (with minimum 3 years in a
leadership role)
✔ Strong knowledge of assembly line processes, machine handling, and manpower management
✔ Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and TPM practices
✔ Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
