LAPL Automotive Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced QA & QMS Head to lead our
Motor Division at the Shendra Plant. If you\u2019re passionate about quality systems, process
improvements, and automotive excellence \u2013 we want to hear from you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Assurance operations for the Motor Division
Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of QMS (IATF 16949 \/ ISO 9001)
Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for internal & customer complaints
Manage customer audits, PPAP submissions, and APQP documentation
Oversee internal quality audits, process audits & supplier quality
Establish quality control standards and ensure compliance with OEM requirements
Lead a team of QA engineers and inspectors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Automobile Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of QA\/QMS experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with OEM customers is a must<\/p>\n\n\n\n
