LAPL Group is looking for a skilled Costing Engineer & Reconciliation Executive to
strengthen our finance and operations team across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare product-wise costing and maintain cost sheets for parts and assemblies
Analyze material consumption, labor, overheads, and production costs
Coordinate with Production, Purchase & Stores for cost data inputs
Perform cost variance analysis and identify areas of cost reduction
Conduct monthly reconciliation of BOM vs actual consumption
Assist in preparing costing for new RFQs and customer quotations
Ensure timely reconciliation of raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
Support internal and statutory audits with accurate costing reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
\u2714 B.E.\/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical \/ Automobile \/ Production Engineering
\u2714 3 to 6 years of experience in costing & reconciliation in a manufacturing company
\u2714 Strong understanding of BOM, material flow, and cost accounting
\u2714 Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar)
\u2714 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
\u2714 Experience in automotive or engineering industries preferred.
