Join LAPL Automotive Ltd. as the Production Head for our Lighting Division, where we
manufacture high-quality lighting solutions for 2W, 3W, 4W & Bus segments.
This is a key leadership role for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation on the
shop floor.
\ufffd\ufffd Key Responsibilities:
\ufffd\ufffd Lead and manage end-to-end production activities in the Lighting Division
\ufffd\ufffd Ensure daily production targets are met with quality and efficiency
\ufffd\ufffd Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
\ufffd\ufffd Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams
\ufffd\ufffd Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and plant performance
\ufffd\ufffd Maintain safety, compliance, and environmental standards in operations
\ufffd\ufffd Develop SOPs, standard work, and drive accountability in the team
\ufffd\ufffd Identify and resolve bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and improve yield
\ufffd\ufffd Generate production reports and performance metrics for top management
\ufffd\ufffd Qualifications & Skills:
\u2714 Bachelor\u2019s degree\/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
\u2714 10+ years of experience in automotive or lighting manufacturing (with minimum 3 years in a
leadership role)
\u2714 Strong knowledge of assembly line processes, machine handling, and manpower management
\u2714 Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and TPM practices
\u2714 Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
