LAPL Automotive Ltd. is seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager \/ Head to lead
our fast-growing Lighting Division. If you have a passion for branding, customer engagement,

Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Lighting Division (2W, 3W, 4W & Bus
segments)
Develop and maintain OEM client relationships
Identify and capture new business opportunities
Plan and manage branding, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Conduct market research, competitor analysis & customer insights
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production teams for product positioning
Drive B2B communication and marketing collateral development
Define and track KPIs for lead generation, customer retention & revenue growth
Qualifications & Skills:
\u2714 MBA\/PGDM in Marketing or related field
\u2714 8+ years of experience in the automotive or lighting industry
\u2714 Strong understanding of OEM customer requirements
\u2714 Proficient in digital marketing tools & branding strategies
\u2714 Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
